Yes there's only 4 apps 3 of them are in the picture you see.

In what folder of the SD cart do they need to be?
And how do you go to the menu where you can select and start them?

Also, please remove the link to https://github.com/mad-ady/doom-odroid- ... er/Doom.fw since I'll be deleting it from the repo soon (I learned how to do releases!).

I have now added a skeleton files pack with instructions in each folder very simple everything is in place but your have to add your own games and bios files enjoy.

Using the 20181004 Go Play, it does erasing/writing three times, then goes to a disk with an X error image. I know I just flubbed something else by not paying attention, but this time I swear it's not me...

FWIW, the 2600 firmware works great, so I know I'm doing the process correctly.

The "X" indicates a problem with the skeleton files. Ensure you have placed the current files on the SD card:

Hi there @ the ODROID Forums,
does anyone know if somebody is working on integrating other Emulators (Atari 2600+7800) into the ODROID-Go Firmware?
There hasn't been any Info since October about that topic. Would be glad to hear if it's being worked on.

All alternative Firmwares seem to be stuck in dead end...

As far as I know the reverse is being worked on - splitting go-play into stand-alone versions.

But what would be the benefit of such a flashing overkill? I don't get it.
In my opinion adding the 2600+7800 would round up the go-play firmware.
I don't want to flash a new firmware everytime i use another emulator.

It would only make sense if the decompiled emus would find their way into a new custom firmware.

Maybe a poll would make sense to find out what the users want? (*hint hint*).

The go-play.fw got no actual games in it (no matter from skeleton or the upgrades here), I got was a menu with each "empty". Is that expected?

Yes. It’s only the firmware. You have to put the games (roms) in the respective folders.
